Some stiffness, a smidgen of regret, but powered through. Next day, looked at my old buddy slippers……and put on the new ones. Repeated for the work week and wasn’t disappointed. They broke in SO much faster after the initial stretch and oil routine (just like my onlyfans account LOL). They are now daily drivers and love them. Also, BTW I wear 10.5D. Redwing measured and said 10D, so I went with it on the 2nd pair. (1st pair was 10.5D) Don’t trust a shoe salesperson if they haven’t been in the biz for at least 5 – 10 years. Newbie cost me $500 in boots that “work” if I don’t mind my toes being in a vice in certain positions.”
